Frequently asked questions

Arrival/Check-in

· What time should we arrive for our party? All party guests and the hosting family should arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled jump time.

· Will we be able to decorate the party room upon arrival? No, party rooms are available to you 10 minutes before your scheduled room time.

· Where do we put our items when we arrive? All your items will go on a cart that corresponds to what party room you will be in.

Guest List

· Why do I have to send in a guest list? We require a guest list for all parties to ensure that no unwanted guests are added to your bill.

· Do you need a headcount or just names? We ask for the first and last names of all jumpers (No Nicknames) so we can pre-check waivers prior to your arrival.

· Do I need to add adults to my list? No, adults do not need to go on your list unless they are jumping as well.

Waiver

· Do adults need a waiver? Yes, adults will need a waiver if they are jumping.

· How long do waivers last? Waivers are valid for a year from the last day they were signed.

· Can I sign for all my guests? No, waivers are a legal document. Only the legal parent/guardian by law is allowed to sign a waiver for a minor.

Party Room

· What is included in the party room? Inside the party rooms, we provide tablecloths, dinner plates, dessert plates, napkins, cups, utensils, a cake knife, and a cake lighter.

· Are the party rooms decorated? Yes, the rooms are pre-decorated.

· Can I bring in extra decorations? Yes, you are welcome to bring additional decorations. If you bring balloons, be sure to bring a balloon weight as we have high ceilings.

· How many people can be in a room at a time? Our rooms have a capacity of 38. If you have more than that, then you would be required to add an additional room.

· Will I have help inside of the room? YES! You will have a party host inside of the room with you the entire time to help serve food, drinks, and clean.

· How long is the party room? You have the party room for 1 hour after your jump time.

· Can we go out and jump after the party room time? No, all jumping must be done prior to your scheduled room time.

Food and Drinks

· Do you have food on site? No, we only have vending machines that take cash/card.

· Can we bring our own food? Yes! You are welcome to and responsible for bringing in your own outside food, drinks, and desserts. You are not allowed to bring in anything electrical or anything with a flame besides candles. We strictly prohibit any alcoholic beverages.

· Do you have a vendor that you work with? Yes. We have a partnership with Sicily Pizza III: 610-694-9112. You can order through them, and they will deliver. They give our parties great discounts if you order through them.

· When should I have food delivered? You want to have your food delivered no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled room time.

Packages

· How long can I reserve my jump for? You have the option to jump for 1-hour, 1.5 hours, or 2-hours.

· How many jumpers do the packages include: All base packages include 11 jumpers (the birthday child + 10). You are welcome to add additional jumpers.

· If I reserved 20 jumpers, but only 13 shows, do I still pay for them? No. We always adjust your bill the day based on the number of jumpers that showed.

· Are socks included in the base package? Socks are not included in the base package. You can add socks to your package for $2 each.

Themed Parties

· What theme options do you have? We do not have a specific list of themes; you are free to choose a theme based on your child’s interest.

· What is included in the themed package? With the theme, we provide tablecloths, dinner and dessert plates, napkins, cups, utensils, favor bags, a backdrop or banner for photos, center pieces, and balloons.

· Is there an upcharge for themed parties? Yes, themed parties are an additional $60 on top of the regular base package.

Favors

· Do you offer favors? We do offer a free favor bag that must be requested the day of at check-in. Inside is candy and a freefall wristband. The favor bags are twist tied shut and cannot be adjusted.

Holiday Hours

· Any day where we have holiday hours is subject to weekend pricing. This could be any days schools have off. Please ask the party coordinator if you are unsure.
