Is there an age limit?
No, if you can walk you are welcome. Check out our activity calendar for our schedule of special jump times for our young jumpers, teens and family nights.
Can I jump with my child?
It depends. During our open jump times we separate our jumpers by height. Those children under 46 inches are required to stay in our kiddie/air bag areas while those over 46 inches must stay in our main court area. During Kid Freefall parents may jump with kids. See our Activities Page for details. *PLEASE NOTE: This rule also applies for birthday parties.
What should I wear?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes without sharp objects such as belts. All jumping participants must jump in their bare feet or wear FreeFall Trampoline socks which are available to purchase at our front desk.
If I’ve completed a waiver already do I need to do it again?
A signed waiver is good for one year from the date of signing. If you are unsure if your waiver is still good please don’t hesitate to contact us or you can just sign a new one.
Do I need to make reservations?
Reservations can and must only be made for groups of 10 or more jumpers. Please call in to arrange for your group at 610-849-0373. Individual tickets can be purchased in store. Please note, jump times will begin at the top and bottom of every hour, extra time will not be given to those who arrive after the time stated on your jump ticket.
Is Trampolining dangerous?
FreeFall Trampoline Park has a trained staff, extensive rules and equipment designed for safety. However, there are inherent risks involved. The risk associated with trampolining is most comparable to those you find in other extreme sports such a skateboarding, snow skiing, ice-hockey and football. It is important that participants do not attempt maneuvers that are outside their ability and have not been mastered elsewhere.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, we offer free wi-fi to our customers throughout the facility.
What is your cancelation policy?
There are no refunds or re-scheduling for pre-purchased tickets. Birthday parties and groups may be canceled and given a refund up to 7 days before the event date.
